• Certification Details
• BLS, ARRT (Nuc-Med*) or NMTCB
• Preferred: ARRT Advanced cert
  • Job Details
  • Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home
  • 2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty
  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Orientation Details - There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training
  • Unit: Outpatient, inpatient, OR room, ER

          • 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval
