Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - 1099 Contractor -
LCSW or LPC - New Jersey Licensed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver remote care throughout short-term, evidence-based
programs
Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and
document session notes
Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters with
elevated safety concerns
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical license in New Jersey (LCSW or
LPC)
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients of 10+ hours
per week
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare
program
