A company is looking for a Pharmacy Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with patients to promote generic utilization and
therapy changes
Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patient compliance
with medications
Handle incoming and outgoing calls while providing customer
education and support
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving
customer needs over the phone
Experience in multi-tasking while managing customer
interactions
Must reside in the state of Nevada
Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
