Job Description:
Description The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for
the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective
pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in
collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's
medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Performs all
duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the

Qualifications: - PharmD - Pharmacy Doctorate or - Bachelor's
Degree - Pharmacy - California Pharmacist Registered upon hire -
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy
Preceptor license - Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider
(BLS) Preferred Qualifications: - Acute care hospital pharmacy
experience, 1 year or equivalent experience - Completion of
