the Position NOTE: This position is at an elevated seasonal winter
rate. Effective 4/12, rates will return to standard amounts. Please
reach out to the AM for details. Cancelling due to rate change
after signature will result in a system DNR. 1ST TIME OK Start:
ASAP Floating required Every other weekend required BLS, NRP
required NICU Level III care Pending License accepted: no RTO
Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission Guaranteed
Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
