change in healthcare. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a
hands-on, data-driven Manager to join our Vendor Retrieval
Operations team. This role will manage day-to-day execution across
approximately 30 vendor relationships, balancing people leadership
with continuous improvement and translating volume and performance
data into clear priorities for our supervisors and vendor support
team. This leader will drive KPI performance, support vendor and
automation initiatives, and ensure inventory stays healthy while
turning operational trends into practical actions for the team. We
are interested in an individual who can develop relationships with
leadership across our vendor partners and serve as a trusted
escalation path when needed. What You Will Do: Day-to-Day
Operations: Lead daily retrieval operations, ensuring teams hit
quality, turnaround time, and productivity goals. Monitor queues,
volumes, and workflow health, adjusting plans as conditions change.
Own execution during busy periods, escalations, and unexpected
challenges to ensure continuity of operations and timely delivery.
Keep inventory moving by setting clear priorities and delegating
execution through the team, proactively flagging risks early before
they escalate. People Leadership: Manage and support team members
with a strong emphasis on coaching, vendor performance management,
and career development opportunities. Provide regular feedback
through one-on-ones, side-by-side coaching, and ongoing check-ins.
Foster an environment where expectations are clear, support is
accessible, and team members are positioned for success. Partner on
hiring, onboarding, and training to build strong, engaged teams.
Improvement & Execution: Use performance data and team feedback to
identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
Support process changes, system updates, and new workflows by
guiding teams through adoption. Share best practices to improve
consistency and efficiency in day-to-day operations. Support
translating improvement ideas into practical, sustainable changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as an operational point of
contact for assigned clients and internal partners. Communicate
clearly and proactively with stakeholders about performance and
priorities. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as
Business Intelligence, Product, and Client Success Participate in
projects and working groups that support the advancement of
retrieval operations. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree
in a related field or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of
related professional experience, including at least 2 years in a
people leadership or supervisory role. Working knowledge of
provider record retrieval processes. Experience leading frontline,
production-based operations with close involvement in daily
execution. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain
high-performing teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills with attention to detail.Ability to balance
accountability with empathy, particularly during high-volume or
high-pressure periods. Collaborative leadership style with strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Comfort prioritizing and
adapting in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Experience using
data to guide decisions, manage KPIs, and set operational
priorities. Proven track record driving process improvements and
supporting change adoption.Ability to delegate effectively while
setting clear expectations and maintaining oversight. Proactive
approach to identifying risks and addressing issues early.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed and travel up
to 10%.Experience in healthcare insurance, risk adjustment, or

posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels.
Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$94,000—$110,000 USD To ensure the safety of patients and staff,
many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof
and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot,
