meaningful, measurable impact every day. JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
The Payer Contract Coordinator is responsible for owning and
managing the Letters of Agreement (LOA) process and supporting the
tracking and maintenance of payor contracts. The Coordinator serves
as a key liaison between the Credentialing, Contracting, Revenue
Cycle Management, and Operations teams to help maintain accurate
records, monitor updates, and ensure agreements are properly
documented. The position requires attention to detail, strong
organization skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with
team members and external partners. Guidance and direction will be
provided by senior staff, but the role carries independent
responsibility for day-to-day LOA and contract tracking activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of
contact for LOA (Letter of Agreement) and payor contract inquiries
and updates. Own the LOA process, including document preparation,
routing for signatures, and tracking through execution. Partner
with the Contracting Department to track new payor contract
requests, contract renewals, rate changes, and amendments, ensuring
timely execution and communication to internal stakeholders.
Generate and maintain reports summarizing contract and LOA status,
renewal dates, and pending items for leadership review. Maintain
and update the Contract Matrix, ensuring all payor contract details
are accurately recorded. Maintain organized records of LOAs,
contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Support revenue
cycle team on underpayment and overpayment issues, resolving with
the payor in accordance with contract terms. Live and exemplify TOI

positive experience for patients and staff members. KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to analyze complex contractual
language, identify risks, and make informed recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective
negotiation and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Proven
ability to advocate for the company's needs while finding mutually
beneficial solutions. Meticulous focus on details to ensure
accuracy and compliance in contracts and documentation. Ability to
manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND/OR
TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate
degree preferred At least 1 year of experience in healthcare
contracting Oncology experience preferred Value Based
Care/Capitation contract experience preferred PHYSICAL WORKING
REQUIREMENTS: The position involves prolonged periods of sitting at
a desk, extensive computer use, and phone interaction.
