Position Overview The Clinic Director will oversee the daily operations of the La Mesa clinic while continuing to provide high-quality patient care. This role blends clinical excellence, leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure an outstanding patient experience and strong team performance. Whether you are an experienced director or a staff physical therapist ready to grow into leadership, you will receive mentorship and guidance from our Director of Rehabilitation to ensure a successful transition and continued development in your leadership role. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package: • Full Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match • 80 Hours Paid Time Off (PTO) • Annual Continuing Education Stipend • Flexible Work Scheduling • Leadership mentorship and career development opportunities Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership • Provide high-quality evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy care • Maintain excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for physical therapists and staff Clinic Operations • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow • Ensure efficient patient scheduling and clinic productivity • Maintain compliance with clinical and documentation standards Team Leadership • Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture • Support and mentor physical therapists, PTAs, and clinic staff • Assist with onboarding and training new team members Growth & Community Engagement • Build strong relationships with referring providers and community partners • Participate in business development and clinic growth initiatives • Represent ProResults Physical Therapy within the local healthcare community Qualifications • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Active California Physical Therapy License (or eligible) • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred • Leadership or management experience preferred but not required • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Passion for mentorship, team development, and clinical excellence Leadership Development & Mentorship We recognize that not every great clinician has had the opportunity to lead a clinic yet.
