Registered Nurses specializing in the Operating Room to support
surgical teams in a well-equipped medical center located in
Lakewood, OH. This contract position offers a structured 40-hour
workweek arranged in four 10-hour shifts with no block scheduling,
providing consistency and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, including
circulating and scrubbing during surgeries. Assist and support
surgical teams across various specialties, primarily Thoracic and
Orthopedic procedures. Ideally manage general, neurological, and
vascular surgeries when required. Maintain sterile field and ensure
patient safety throughout surgical processes. Collaborate
effectively with surgical team members, anesthesia, and support
staff. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license. Proven Operating Room experience with hands-on
practice in Thoracic and Orthopedic surgical cases. Ability to
function proficiently as both circulating and scrub nurse.
Additional experience in general, neuro, and vascular procedures
strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
