Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Westlake Village, CA, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in an outpatient clinic setting. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must be comfortable evaluating and treating a broad adult caseload in an outpatient setting. Experience with documentation including evaluations, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide student supervision as assigned, and participate in performance improvement activities. Must follow discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure and required continuing education. Preferred: Experience working across multiple clinic locations or splitting time between sites. Preferred: experience with safe patient handling and outpatient functional rehabilitation programs. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13 week assignment.
