Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong
customer service soft skills, routine orders entry skill, order
tracking, and problem resolution. Responsible for all customer type
of inquiry and products. You will be working closely with customer
and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service in a
fast pace environment.
General Summary
To ensure customer satisfaction regarding taking orders, answering
phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field
sales/service support, all with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationship with customers via phone and email
communication
Answer customer calls in a high call volume support setting
Process orders via phone, standing orders, field service orders,
replacement orders, with accuracy and efficiency
Resolve customer's issues to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction
Effectively support the field reps (both sales and service) by
responding to inquiries, placing orders, and providing proof of
delivery as needed
Establish and maintain good working relationships with both
internal and external customers
Additional duties as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma. Associates degree preferred but not
required.
One to three years customer service experience
Must have basic computers skills to include MS office 2000 or
later, Word, Excel. Basic math skills and statistical knowledge.
Proficient at keyboard entry; prior experience entering orders
while on the phone; multitasking and problem solving.
Primary language English

Additional Job Details:
*****BILL RATE HAS BEEN INCREASED TO ******** SHIFT HOURS:
7:30-4pm. Purchase order experience highly preferred. Heavy data
entry experience is required. This is a temporarily remote
position, which typically works onsite. It is not yet determined
when this position will be back onsite. In addition, this position
has the potential to be converted to a full time employee for the
right fit. However, there is no guarantee of a conversion.
