Call Center Representative - PBX-Communications
Location: Fullerton, CA
Work Schedule: On Call / Per Diem
Shift: 8-hour, Evenings
Under moderate supervision, the PBX operator answers a
multi-incoming computerized PBX system and directs calls to the
appropriate extension, department or individual. Responsible for
monitoring and responding appropriately to medical emergency
alarms, fire, and equipment failure.
