Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Technology Workforce Manager who
will be responsible for overall tech used in the workforce areas,
including application configuration, data governance, environment
management, testing, maintenance, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Kronos time and attendance, leave management areas within
HRTS
Identify strategies, risks, and options to meet business
requirements while staying consistent with native architecture
Lead strategic and tactical planning, propose enhancements and
integrations with other digitalization technologies, and manage
full life cycle HRTS projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/4-year degree in Management Information Systems or
similar field
5-7 years of Workforce management experience
Experience with Kronos Dimension
Knowledge of Workday business process and system updates
Strong project management skills
