Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Team Lead with a strong
background in full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable technical
solutions
Provide mentorship and support to developers, fostering a
collaborative environment
Oversee the release process and collaborate with DevOps to improve
CI/CD processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in web application development
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and HTML/PHP
templating systems
Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Learning Resource Management Systems (LRMs) or
content management systems
