Key Responsibilities
Drive technical integrations with major brands, ensuring customer
success
Transform complex challenges into actionable plans for the team and
customers
Manage multiple high-profile projects, balancing timelines and
priorities effectively
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing technical API integrations with
SaaS or eCommerce platforms
4+ years of direct experience with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL,
Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML, and JSON
Experience in technical writing and documentation
Ability to work in a startup environment without established
playbooks
Experience collaborating with developers and technical roles
