A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational functions of the IT Technical Services team and
ensure services meet business expectations
Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and support
professional development
Evaluate and improve products and services while monitoring
incident and request ticket queues
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Information Technology services
7+ years of experience as a people manager
Extensive knowledge of healthcare practice and security standards
(HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST)
Advanced understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and
software management tools
Experience with device management and security compliance tools
