IMMEDIATE NEED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR A FUN EVENT PLANNING COMPANY!!!
This Customer Service Rep Position Features:
? Great Pay to $23K
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
? Assisting with customer inquiries including product inquires, order status, and shipping transit times
? Ability to place and cancel customer orders efficiently and accurately
? Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
? Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
? Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
? Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
? Inform customer of deals and promotions.
? Responsible for detailed product knowledge and company policies
? Handle changes in policies and renewals
? Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner
? Calling customers in regard to out of stock and discontinued items
? Ability to take on additional responsibilities if needed
Education and Essential Qualifications:
? High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
? Ability to type
? Numeric, oral and written language applications
? Product knowledge
? Customer service practices and principles
? Microsoft Word & Excel
