Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Counsel to
support its core business needs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational contract support by drafting, negotiating, and
advising on various legal agreements
Develop and update the Legal Department's contract templates and
related policies
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance of marketing materials
with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare companies or law
firms
Essential experience in contracting and transactions for healthcare
clients
Desired experience in reviewing and negotiating research
agreements
Preferred background in advising on healthcare laws and
regulations
