Attorney Experience Level: 2–8 Years Preferred Direct Counsel has
partnered with a dynamic and respected firm known for its
high-caliber litigation work and collaborative culture. We are
seeking a well-rounded General Litigation Attorney to join their
growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
civil litigation and a strong foundation in one or more of the
following areas: entertainment litigation, premises liability, and
business litigation . You will take on an active role from day one,
including handling depositions, court appearances, client
communications, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities: Manage
a full caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through
resolution. Handle all aspects of litigation including legal
research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, court
appearances, and trial preparation. Work closely with clients to
develop litigation strategies aligned with their goals. Attend and
conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Represent
clients in court hearings and trials, as needed. Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the
California Bar. 2–8 years of litigation experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in civil litigation; exposure to
entertainment law, premises liability, and business disputes is a
plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
