Compensation: $10,800 per month based on experience and performance Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing Represent clients in court: hearings, trials, and negotiations Manage your own caseload from start to finish—with backup when needed Draft persuasive motions and prepare compelling legal defenses Collaborate directly with firm leadership on case strategy Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, courts, and staff Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish (Required) 2–5 years of experience in criminal defense Proven trial experience —you’ve led or co-led courtroom trials Active California Bar license in good standing Strong advocacy, communication, and strategic thinking skills Ability to operate independently and take direction when appropriate About Company We’re a growing, family-owned criminal defense firm based in Los Angeles—and we’re on a mission to defend the rights of the accused with integrity, passion, and purpose.
