What You’ll Do: Manage a dynamic caseload of civil litigation, including construction defect and business disputes Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators to shape case strategy Contribute to a collegial firm culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and respect Compensation & Perks: Salary: $130,000 to $185,000 annually Bonuses: Monthly and annual bonuses based on performance and billables Benefits Package Includes: 401(k) with 3% fully vested employer contribution Medical plans (Aetna & Kaiser), dental (MetLife), and vision (Superior Vision) 100% employer-paid premiums for dental and vision, including dependents Life and disability insurance FSA/HSA accounts for health and dependent care Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Attorney referral incentives Ideal Candidate Profile: Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing Experience in California civil litigation Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Background in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred Trial experience a plus Dual licensure in Nevada or Texas is an added advantage Why Work in Irvine?
