Medical Device Labeling SpecialistKelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Labeling Specialist for a long-term engagement at one of our Global Medical Device clients in Santa Ana, CA.---- --This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.---- As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.---- You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.-- All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews.--As a Labeling Specialist you will be accountable for coordination of changes and revisions to medical device labeling (including IFUs, Operator Manuals, and product identification labels). This position will serve as a point person for project teams, working with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support for label changes. This position reports to the Labeling Manager and will support EU-MDR Product.--Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing change control documentation and design changes related to labeling
• Create and execute detailed illustrations for single or multilingual labeling, using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) CPLs (EasyLabel or Bartender) and Manuals (FrameMaker)
• Deliver status updates and communicate progress to key stakeholders which include Engineering Product Development and Packaging Design Engineers.
• Ensure processes and standards are upheld when executing changes
• Accountable for maintaining label design and process knowledge for assigned platform
• Coordinate translation and graphics services with external suppliers to support project timelines.
• the position would be supporting other activities which requires working in Agile PLM such as pulling artwork files and populating component spreadsheets--Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree industrial Technology/ printing and packaging or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline required
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in labeling, supply chain, operations and/or cross-functional business environment is required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in labeling design and/or a graphics role
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects is required
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Preference is experience working with Adobe Creative suites and EasyLabel
  • Must flexible and not narrowly focused on only working inside the labeling software. Should be flexible with wearing multiple hats to support team results.
  • Skills: Macintosh: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
