An eCommerce retailer of home products is searching for a person
to fill their position for a Telecommute Home Products Service
Recovery Support Specialist. Must be able to: Provide prompt and
resolution driven outbound customer support Offer best in class
customer experience Work with customers to resolve their
difficulties and complaints Applicants must meet the following
qualifications: Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Curiosity and ability to notice trends and collect insights from
customers Ability to consistently meet SLAs and performance goals
for metrics and KPIs Comfortable and familiar with working from
home Experience/proficiency in web tools such as Kustomer, Google
Suite, and Slack Strong computer skills with the ability to type
50+ WPM
