From personalized service to professional education programs and marketing support, Ormco is committed to helping orthodontists achieve their clinical and practice management objectives.Operating Company:OrmcoJob Description:DESCRIPTIONSUMMARY:The Executive Assistant will support the President, US/CAN Sales team and Leadership team with a variety of administrative tasks such as travel management, meeting/training scheduling, fleet administration and KTL reimbursements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Prepare documents (Excel, Word, Power Point), travel arrangements (domestic and international), schedule appointments, manage calendar, respond to telephone requests, arrange meeting & event coordination. + Facilitate internal communications + Act as point of contact between executives and employees/clients + Maintains office supplies and equipment. + Manage onboarding and exits of sales representatives with IT, HR and Regional Managers + Manage some business analytics. With feedback from President, on business needs and data requirements, utilize contacts of external and internal clients to conduct interviews, consultations, document analysis, surveys, and task and workflow analysis.
