Crew Leader- Day Shift
Starting hourly pay is between $16.00 and $25.00/hour depending
We start our lead technicians at $16.00 and after 90 days we
will do an evaluation on pay. Currently, our fully trained and
experienced lead technicians get paid $18.00 or more per hour.
Performances are evaluated every 90 days and are eligible for a .25
cent increase. This means you could automatically get $1.00
increase a year depending on your evaluation.
The employee leads and participates in performing various
cleaning, maintenance and restoration services along with
maintaining high levels of communication and excellent
organizational skills - all while displaying an excellent attitude.
Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental
conditions, extremes in temperatures, and hazards associated with
equipment operation including fumes, oils, gases, detergents and
wet conditions. Work is supervised by management, fellow
work-peers, our customers and even the general public.
Job Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
? Fill out daily & weekly reports with pictures/videos and
consistently perform the “Crew Leader Task Guides” with UTMOST
? Develop a thorough grasp of how to perform each of our
? Project manage by prioritizing work tasks to crew members &
? Communicates with supervisors frequently the required ?time?
materials? for successful project completion
? Able to assist with “on-the-job training” of fellow employees
? Provide feedback and input into performance reviews.
? Completes work orders and maintains written and electronic
projects with consistency and thoroughness.
? Maintain organization & inventory of work trucks, tools and
equipment through use of company programs
? Perform minor equipment/tool repairs and maintenance
? Ensure adherence to time schedules and safe work practices
? Operate equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such
power wash/blasting, window cleaning equipment, boom lifts and
other aerial equipment, street sweepers, blowers and vacuums, and
? Excel in customer interaction and quality customer service
Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational
functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching,
crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting,
fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive
Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 100 pounds of
force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently,
and/up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must possess the visual acuity to operate equipment and motor
vehicles, perform trades tasks, inspect the work quality, and
review work for accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness.
Shift start: 5:00AM or 5:30AM or 6:00AM or 6:30AM or 7:00AM
Shift length: 10 hours

Associates degree preferred 1+ year(s) relevant experience required
with 6 months+ in a supervisory capacity preferred. Considerable
experience in grounds and/or facility maintenance including
equipment operation and trades work; or an equivalent combination
of education and experience. Possession of a valid Class C
California driver's license or ability to procure license within 7
days. Must have a working smartphone with a data plan. Must have a
reliable form of transportation. Must participate in random drug
screening and background program.
