Check out this opportunity to join us: THE ROLE: Aventon is seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Specialist. This is a new role for the organization and will be heavily involved with building out an effective affiliate program inside the e-mobility industry. This role coordinates all affiliate program communications, onboards new applicants, provides product information and troubleshooting as needed, and works alongside our brand marketing teams to ensure early product delivery. This role works within the Paid Media channel of our outstanding marketing team to manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through the affiliate program. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Paid Media, the Affiliate Program Specialist is responsible for the following:

• Play a key role in the growth of our affiliate marketing partnerships
• Own and manage key partnerships and follow through on execution of long-term affiliate strategies and revenue reporting
• Deliver and exceed against quarterly and semi-annual revenue targets
• Onboard new and manage existing affiliate partners to support revenue goals of the program
• Monitor day-to-day activities, respond to publisher inquires, draft communications for various campaigns and product releases
• Work closely with publishers to help maximize program effectiveness
• Collaborate daily with product marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of product to publishers to meet launch deadlines
• Provide reporting on a regular basis on the health of the program
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Have an active role in growing partnerships through presentation of opportunities, negotiation, identifying new partners, strategic account planning and designing innovative campaigns for our products and partnersYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; equivalent work experience is always considered in lieu of a degree
  • 4 years of in-house e-commerce or agency marketing experience
  • Attention to detail and a quick learner
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Analytical approach to identifying and solving client issues
  • Experience working cross functionally with teams such product development, purchasing and Marketing
  • Good interpersonal and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, Salesforce,
  • Experience with affiliate programs such as Avant Link and CJ Affiliate
