Job Description:
A provider of family support services has an open position for a
Remote Family Support Member Operation People Business Partner.
Must be able to:
Be a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and individual
contributors within the Member Operations department
Provide support and guidance to department managers on all People
Operations related issues
Ensure end-to-end HR service delivery by maintaining partnerships
across all People Team functions
Skills and Requirements Include:
6+ years of Business Partner experience
Global Business Partner experience
Strong business and HR acumen
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to switch seamlessly between both the strategic and
tactical
