    #LI-TN1Position Summary:The Sales Real Estate Specialist is responsible for the presentation, management and execution of all Real Estate related initiatives within the West Business Unit. The scope of responsibilities includes collaboration with sales for all Real Estate needs, developing business cases and required funding requests for projects, acting as liaison to corporate and communicating with all levels of leadership. This position reports into the Director of Sales Strategy within the West Business Unit. A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Sales Operations with Real Estate experience.Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, plan, organize and communicate all Real Estate related activities and initiatives in the West Business Unit
  • Work with Finance to develop Business Cases for all Real Estate Sales Center projects
  • Engage corporate Real Estate for all Lease Renewals Appropriation Request
  • Proactively manage changes in Real Estate scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits on potential new locations
  • Regularly analyze Real Estate market conditions and market surveys
  • Routinely publish reporting on Real Estate key performance indicators
  • Develop creative solutions for challenging Real Estate markets Work with sales, contractors, vendors and cross-functional teams to execute sales center projects and ensure budgets are not exceeded
  • Participate in Transformational initiatives and work with Director of Strategy to develop strategies for future Real Estate needs Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Key Behavioral Competencies:

    • Strong Office 365 skillsEducation and Work History:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, MBA preferred.
    • A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
    • 5-7 years of experience in relevant field
    • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required, as well as proficiency with data analysis.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
    • Ability to communicate and work with managers at all levels both local and remote.
