Job Description 1st Shift (6:00 am --- 2:30) or ---til 4:30 when OT is needed Position Summary: Works independently in the performance of short cycle assembly of mechanical products and sub-assemblies with a high level of complexity. Essential Functions: Assembles and tests precision assemblies and sub-assemblies such as regulators, pressure reducers, and demand valves. Uses hand tools and measuring devices such as flow meters, altimeters, and pressure gauges. Knowledge in the use of the precision of measuring tools such as micrometers and vernier calipers. Responsible for highest quality work. Completes inspection of own work prior to submitting Quality Control. Organizes and cleans the work area at the end of the shift or upon completion of the work order. Role Qualifications: Able to read blueprints, schematics, wiring, and diagrams. Experienced in Testing or Inspection A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a precision assembler.
