Description Supervisor Call Center Operations - CENTER CA
HERITAGE SERVICES at Providence Medical Foundation Under the
direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is
responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center Staff and
collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and support
departmental needs. In addition, this position is responsible for
assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, development and
retention of staff. Required qualifications:
- Upon hire: If position requires driving, a valid driver's
license and proof of insurance per company policy will be
required
- 2 years of experience working in a call center environment
- 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment
- 2 years of Lead/supervisory/management experience in a
healthcare setting
- Experience with telephone systems and telephone monitoring
software Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field
- 4 years of experience in a call center
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare
call center
- Experience with any EMR system
- Experience with call center telephony and reporting platform
