JOB SUMMARY:

The DEXIS IOS Sales and Application Specialist will perform field training and sales support functions for the NA Commercial Sales IOS Organization. Clientele to include but not limited to: Strategic Partners, Dental Labs, Enterprise Partners and Dentists in an account-based management environment. Individual will provide effective instruction on the company's products and/or related services in support of enterprise agreements. They will provide introduction of and communication on NA IOS Commercial Sales products and services/features that will enhance the client's organization. They will secure clinical support at the office-level, support educational, technical hands-on assistance/training, and co-hosting Training, RFP, and New Business activities. Ensure seamless organizational rollouts to enhance the overall customer centric approach and experience. They will also log activities and prepare status reports on all activity in the CRM system, or a management approved in-take report.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for working with both existing IOS customers and IOS prospects in an account-based management environment to drive product demonstrations and software workflows via clinical events, web-based training sessions, or sales representative co-travels.
Drive sales through customer education and product demonstrations to clinicians, clinical staff, and channel partners.
Responsible for supporting new prospective IOS customers, cultivating/ maintaining customer base in an account-based management environment.
Take a consultative and supportive approach to not only answer customer questions, but also look for opportunities to gain leads for additional product solutions based on their needs.
Play a critical role in managing all assigned customer accounts and routinely help triage their needs to the correct department or individual who can assist them.
Ability to aggressively support new business, RFP's, Pilots, and assist in closing business in assigned product portfolio with a time-sensitive sales cycle.
Develop a deep understanding of assigned software and IOS products with an overall knowledge of all aspects of solutions/products.
While following established strategies, work closely with both management and IOS NA Commercial Sales Organization to achieve and surpass established profitable annual sales goals.
Manage and maintain a list of references and competitive product offerings.
Occasionally work customer meetings, support product demonstrations and new customer rollouts in Labs, Strategic Partners, and as directed by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Associate's degree or comparable dental field experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years digital dental experience is preferred; we will consider equivalent experience in an alternate role within the dental field.
Detailed knowledge of company functions, product capabilities, service options, hardware configurations, productions and marketing policies.
Travel Requirement: ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Dental IOS sales and support experience is a plus.
Past success in IOS sales, support, and training is preferred.
Experience in a team sales environment.
