Deliverables include:Provide technical support and clarification of requirements to software development teams, and test personnel.Perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case development, requirements definition and derivation, interface definition, and requirement validation and verification.Support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning/ development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations.Support technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the development of their project.Support engineering change proposal efforts as neededQualificationsA minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in systems engineeringCurrent SECRET ClearanceUnderstanding of the complete Systems Engineering lifecycle from CONOPS through sustainment and deploymentExperience developing system and subsystem level requirements and designs for hardware and software implementationsExperience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)Experience in Agile processes and scrumExperience planning, developing, and executing system and/or subsystem level integration and testExperience managing data and performing analysis using Microsoft Excel, MATLAB, Simulink, or similar tools.Experience with UNIX or Linux operating System, such as Oracle Solaris or Red Hat Enterprise LinuxThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Ability to travel in support of the programAdditional InformationExperience in the System engineering, development, and operation of Air Traffic Management SystemExperience with flight test planning and executionWorking knowledge of COTS servers, workstations, and networksExperience presenting to the customer and senior level managementExperience using Python or other software development languages for purposes of data parsing, analysis, and visualizationExperience modifying and administering networked UNIX or Linux operating System, such as JumpStart or Automatic System Loader (ASL)Product Owner or Scrum Master experience on a cross-functional development teamExperience with Atlassian tool suite such as JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, and BitbucketExperience using CAMEOExperience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML.Raytheon Intelligence & Space is a leading provider of integrated sensor, communication and electronic warfare System giving military forces accurate and timely actionable information for the network-centric battlefield.We offer robust reward and recognition programs in compensation, career development, health care, educational assistance, maternal and paternal leave, flexible work schedules, child/adult backup care, 401(k), paid holidays and paid time off.
