Description:--- Demonstrate Revit competency in advance commands of editing requirements, drawings set up for any type of project, management and use of all Revit files and resolution of any related Revit issues (Including BIM360)--- Possess knowledge of drawing setup, line weights, plotting/publishing, dimensions, title blocks, attributes, purge/audit/recover, and back up of files--- Prepare complex plans, elevations, and details--- Organize and generate a set of working drawings, and fulfill requirements/deliverables of SD, DD, and CD phases--- Coordinate with government agencies, utility companies and obtain plan check approvals in a timely manner to meet project schedule and milestones--- Coordinate and participate in cost estimating--- Review submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI's, and prepare construction change documents for changes--- Independently identify and conduct existing conditions surveys including collection of pertinent as-built/record drawing information to prepare architectural base plans, sections, elevations and details as requiredAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- 1-2 years of experience in education projects--- Proficiency in Revit, 2D CAD drawingsExperience Level:Intermediate Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
