Call Center Supervisor
Location: Brea, CA
Work Schedule: Full time - 80 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Days
Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center
Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center
Staff and collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and
support departmental needs. In addition, this position is
responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, training,
development and retention of staff.
