Job Description:

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary and urgent health care to patients primarily through telehealth modalities
Collaborate with the care team to ensure patients receive necessary care to keep them at home
Manage patient's medical care, including ordering and monitoring diagnostics, prescribing medication, and addressing acute changes of condition

Required Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered Advanced Practice license
Credentialed in adult, family, or geriatric care
Experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients
Working knowledge of computers and electronic documentation systems
Active compact RN license
