Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Subrogation Supervisor
responsible for managing the Property Team and ensuring performance
and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the subrogation process and ensure timely work production
while managing high claims volume
Guide property subrogation claims of moderate to high complexity to
completion and resolve daily claims issues
Provide team leadership, including training, coaching, and
performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in property subrogation claims, including commercial and
homeowner property
Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Strong computer proficiency in systems such as Outlook, Microsoft
Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Excel
Ability to handle client relations and maintain professionalism in
communication
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to make
independent decisions
