Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist for a
temporary, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for customers purchasing full solution
bundles
Gather necessary information through intake forms and coordinate
with internal teams to meet timelines
Manage multiple customer projects and serve as a liaison throughout
the setup process
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and/or equivalent experience required
Interest in working directly with customers
Basic knowledge of website trends and best practices
Familiarity with Domain/DNS and basic HTML
Basic project management skills
