Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning
voicemails, and responding to emails
Assist customers with locating proof of purchase and resolving
return/exchange issues
Document customer interactions and maintain customer information in
a case management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience
or equivalent education
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Must be available to work shifts between Monday-Friday and on
holidays
Regular attendance and punctuality are required
Call center or customer service experience preferred, automotive
knowledge desired but not required
