Job Description:
A company is looking for a Test Lead - Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA activities and conduct automation testing to ensure
software quality and reliability
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for
functional and regression testing
Design and maintain automation frameworks and mentor a team of QA
engineers in best practices
Required Qualifications
8+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
Strong hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium,
Cypress, or similar
Proficient in programming languages such as Java and React JS
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
