Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to
enhance customer workflows using AI-powered technology.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer implementations,
ensuring smooth onboarding and technical setup
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and customers,
facilitating communication and understanding of technical
requirements
Provide proactive support to customers, addressing concerns and
troubleshooting technical challenges as needed
Qualifications
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and
apply new concepts
Experience in a customer-facing technical role
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment
Previous experience working remotely and collaborating across
teams
Ability to shadow the Implementation Manager and integrate into
their workflow seamlessly
