Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for
appointment scheduling and health assessments
Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance
information
Conduct surveys and make welcome calls to enhance patient
healthcare experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft
Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and
Display ports
