Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR operational functions across the Americas, ensuring
compliance with global policies and local laws
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service
delivery and efficiency
Lead the implementation and management of HR technology systems to
improve data accuracy and reporting
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience managing HR operations in a multinational
organization
Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
across the Americas
Proficiency with HR technology platforms and data analytics
tools
Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration best practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and
collaborate across teams
