Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior
responsible for coordinating regulatory, accreditation, and
clinical quality improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple complex initiatives to enhance health care
delivery and services
Ensure compliance of quality improvement programs with
accreditation and regulatory requirements
Conduct assessments of programs to refine activities and improve
outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license,
or a Master's Degree in a related health field
Valid state clinical license preferred
Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care
environment
Three to five years of managed care experience with complex project
management experience
