Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist in Anthropology and
Traditional Agricultural Systems (GIAHS).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and prepare anthropological technical-scientific
reports related to traditional agricultural systems
Review and update preliminary diagnoses, integrating information
from communities and local organizations
Document evidence for GIAHS criteria, including food security,
agrobiodiversity, and cultural values
Required Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Social Anthropology, Sociology, or equivalent
fields
At least 5 years of experience in data collection and
technical-scientific report preparation
Working knowledge of English and Portuguese
Experience with traditional Fundo de Pasto communities in
Brazil
Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
