initiatives.Reporting directly to the Director Compensation &
Benefits, the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst will serve as
a business partner to the global human resources organization and
business leaders, consulting on and supporting all aspects of
broad-based compensation and benefits administration. The Sr.
Analyst role will be based in the US and will be a remote role with
a combination of both global and regional support responsibilities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Compensation -
40%
- Provide global support for the various compensation life cycle
events including annual merit planning, variable pay (ICP)
administration, and equity processes.
- Collaborate with other Beckman Coulter HR functions (HR
Operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition) to improve
efficiency and quality of compensation processes.
- Perform intermediate to advanced analytics to inform
compensation and benefits projects and program audits.
- Apply the Global Career and Reward Framework, providing
guidance to the organization around job mapping and leveling and
participate in GCRF governance.
- Assist HR and business leaders on employment related matters
that impact compensation and benefits such as collaborating with
work councils, identifying when U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act
(FLSA) reviews might be necessary, discussing pay transparency and
other internal policies.
- Perform ad-hoc market pricing and pay range analysis to inform
compensation structures.
- Train HR and management on compensation philosophy, strategy,
and practice.
- Conduct any additional duties as required.Benefits 40%
- Support Danaher Corporate Benefits in various communication
campaigns and Health and Welfare benefit updates, globally.
Customizes communication materials, provides training, and manages
process timeline to ensure organizational readiness, awareness and
action.
- Provide consultation and project management for various global
and regional benefits related matters. Identify, suggest and
implement on-going process improvements. Share best practices
across countries.
- Serve as support and counsel for retirees.
- Work with benefits providers in the US on non-Corporate
benefits topics.
- Escalate concerns and provide voice of customer to corporate
partners regarding benefit offerings and vendor service
levels.Global Mobility -20%
- Support HR Business Partners and the Director, Compensation &
Benefits in determining best policies for international assignments
and relocations.
- Partner with our Global Mobility partner, Vialto on new and
on-going cases.
- Ad-hoc administration with Vialto as required.The essential
requirements of the job include:
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years experience or, Masters degree
with 3+ years experience within the HR function
- Knowledge of compensation practices and principles and the
changing global regulatory landscape
- Ability to communicate to different audiences at various levels
of the organization globally.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
- Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential data in a
professional manner
- Experience consulting and prioritizing tasks with HR with high
sense of urgency
- Strong ability to manage projects
- Travel required It would be a plus if you also possess previous
experience in:
- Workday experience
- Previous experience driving the annual compensation process
either as a compensation analyst or HR business partner
preferred
- Working with a geographically dispersed team
- Understanding of client groups in Europe, Middle East/Africa,
and Asia Pacific, in addition to the USA
- Advanced Understanding of U.S. Health and Welfare and
Retirement benefit plans
- Human resources business partnering or consulting
- CCP, GRP, or CBP certification LI-MR1At Beckman Coulter

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of
possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range
is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range
may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for
bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits
