ODK Studio is a team who creates original content (documentaries, short form drama, reality shows, etc), and develops business opportunities by creating new IPs with production companies, distributing the IPs, selling the sponsorship with those IPs, and more.

• Will work closely with Executive Advisor, former CEO of CJ E&M America
  
• You will have two main responsibilities, as a business development leader of the Studio Team and an executive producer of the Original Content. -
  
  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  Business Development
  
  • 
    
  • Ownership of identifying and executing business development initiatives which includes creating business models, revenue source, and partnerships
    
  • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities; and identifying unmet needs within the industry.
    
  • Create proposal/pitch materials (deck) for specific opportunities; prepare content for sponsorship including drafting original content, as needed. -
    
  • Building and cultivating strong relationships and trust with key clients
    
  • Research, identify, target, and refine prospect opportunities.
    
  • Working with Finance team members and the commercial business units (Marketing, divisional executives, Sales Directors, etc), to build financial models for opportunities to determine whether or not progressing with a project is beneficial and warranted.
    
    Executive Producer
    
    • 
      
    • Supervise producers and talent, review scripts, oversee schedules and provide feedback to encourage dynamic content while growing the skillset of your staff
      
    • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and production
      
    • Outlining a budget and leading the team to work within its limitations.
      
    • Assisting in the marketing and promotion of the product.
      
      REQUIREMENTS
      
      • 
        
      • Bilingual in Korean and English is a must
        
      • 7+ years of marketing and/or business development experience (Experience working in a media, entertainment, or OTT field is a plus)
        
      • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
        
      • Experience in Sales is a plus
        
      • Experience working on Events, Concerts, and Live Entertainment is a plus
        
      • Must be able to travel when needed
