A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support through email, phone, and
chat
Troubleshoot and replicate software issues
Assist in testing new features and contribute to the knowledge
base
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software support
Fearless approach to technology and demonstrated software
troubleshooting skills
Talent for research and information-gathering
Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Zendesk and/or JIRA
preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite and working
knowledge of both Windows and MacOS
