We seek an exceptional individual to join our Information Technology - Student Technology Services team as the Information Technology Consultant - Expert. The ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic mind characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to diversity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness.Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Director of IT and the direction of the Director of TitanHEALTH, provide overall project coordination and serve as the lead of the IT department for all Student Wellness departments. Provide system/data administration and support, user support and training, resource evaluation and needs analysis for all areas of Student Wellness. Establish, lead and coordinate efforts for all Student Wellness technology projects, including preparing proposals, cost estimates, and justifications for proposed systems change. Responsible for researching, installing, configuring, and modifying all applications in Student Wellness. Develops and implements training materials for Student Wellness staff.Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field plus five years of relevant full-time experience. Twelve years of relevant full-time experience may be substituted for the education requirement. Advanced knowledge of the work area and ability to integrate and apply work-related knowledge to achieve innovative solutions.Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of five years working with Point and Click medical records application experience in a university/college health environment.Additional Information: A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily and is required for employment. Regular attendance is considered an essential job function.
