Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Performance Architect to
drive performance analysis and optimization for their AI-native
data intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement performance instrumentation across the
platform from AI applications to storage backends
Build and execute performance tests to identify latency hotspots
and bandwidth bottlenecks
Collaborate with teams to deliver performance fixes and
architectural recommendations
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in systems performance engineering or
low-level infrastructure development
Proven expertise in performance debugging across distributed
systems
Strong background in system-level tools and understanding of NVMe,
CPU, and memory hierarchy
Experience optimizing compute- or data-intensive applications
Proficiency in C/C++ or Rust and scripting languages such as Python
or Bash
