Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst II-2.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to junior staff, including conducting
formal observations
Assist in reviewing errors and responding to audit inquiries while
handling complex work assignments
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver learning
solutions in support of new products and business initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
5 years of experience in health insurance operations, preferably in
a related role
Knowledge of the Complaints and Appeals process preferred
Requires healthcare industry knowledge and claims processing
experience
Familiarity with Ncompass, NASCO, CareRadius, and Facets
